MOOSE CREEK, Ontario - The Moose Creek recreation facility is a brand-new construction in the heart of the picturesque village of Moose Creek and Township of North Stormont officials are seeking tenants to fill available rental space.
Moose Creek is located in close proximity to Highways 417 and 138, making the venue easily accessible to patrons. The location was designed as a blank canvas with a total of 2,010 square feet for clinical businesses to finish the space with their own requirements.
This facility is surrounded by recreational spaces including a park, baseball diamond and outdoor public pool. The recreation hall also includes a covered outdoor patio that would be available to staff and clients for breaks and lunch. The rental space is all inclusive (hydro will be billed independently to the occupier of the rental space).
The venue has abundant free parking for employees and patrons.
The facility is a municipal asset and all maintenance will be completed by dedicated, and easily accessible, municipal staff or their contractors.
The location is currently zoned Institutional which provides the opportunity for a clinic, recreational establishment and other, similar, uses to occupy the rental space. Administration will review other interested business classifications on a case-by-case basis and determine if the zoning can be changed to accommodate other lease opportunities.
