The Township of North Stormont provides waste and recycling services to the residents of North Stormont. Lafleche Environmental Facility at 17125 Lafleche Road, Moose Creek, ON is open from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, and closed on all statutory holidays.

Each resident of the Township of North Stormont is entitled to one Waste Certificate (Dump Pass) per calendar year.
- The Township does not pay for tires or the removal of Freon.
- The one free tipping only applies to dumps under 500 kg.
- Anyone exceeding the 500 kg limit will pay the excess at the time of use, directly to Lafleche Environmental.
- Residents are able to go to the Lafleche facility as many times as they like but after the use of their one free waste certificate applicable tipping fees will be charged.
